Originally from Long Island, Kate received her Bachelor's degree in Professional Writing from
Carnegie Mellon University.  She has performed in and designed for a number of shows, including
Once Upon a Mattress, Fortinbras, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead, Into the Woods, Chicago, The
Madwoman of Chaillot, Bye Bye Birdie, The Wiza, Once on This Island,
and Boy Gets Girl.  Her costume
design credits include
The Complete Wks. Of Wllm. Shkspr (Abridged), Best Served Cold, Antigone, and
Broadway Sings the Odd Potato.
 Her work can also be seen in several episodes of "Law and Order:
Criminal Intent."
 Kate has worked with various theatre professionals, including Ingrid Lee, Cheryl
McCarron, Tim Beltley, Bill Coons, and Melissa Merz, as well as a slew of terrific actors.  She plans to
pursue theatre as a costume designer and looks forward to attending graduate school in  Fall of 2005.
